Responsibilities

  • Independently concept, design, build, launch, and improve new and existing pages across the website.
  • Develop original ideas for pages, sections, interactions, and digital storytelling.
  • Likely build in Framer, Webflow, or similar, using custom code where needed to create more bespoke moments.
  • Bring elite judgement on typography, layout, motion, responsiveness, performance, and SEO/AEO/GEO.
  • Own the creation, implementation, and delivery of our most important marketing assets.
  • Work closely with the wider Growth, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure the brand and website experiences match the exceptional value that Scarlet offers.
  • Ensure a balance between beauty and commercial impact.

Scarlet's marketing assets, in particular our website, are crucial to our ambitious goals and our mission. You'll make our site and other key marketing brand moments a clear expression of that ambition. We're now looking for someone exceptional to own and continually iterate our website and the other moments when people experience our brand. You will ensure our site is a world-class digital experience that helps prospects, partners, customers, candidates, and the wider healthcare industry understand what Scarlet offers the world and why it matters. You will make it more beautiful, more distinctive, more useful, and more effective every week.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience creating exceptional digital experiences, websites, and brand assets.
  • An outstanding visual thinker with exceptional taste and a clear sense of what makes a website and other marketing assets feel world class.
  • Highly capable across the full digital-experience process: from concept to design, build to launch, and endless iteration.
  • Design led, but technically strong: you can design and build stunning webpages, slide decks, and other high-impact materials.
  • Excited to take ownership of Scarlet's marketing and growth assets, including our website.
  • Full of ideas for how to make a website feel distinctive, premium, useful, and alive.
  • You care about producing work that stands up against the best in the world, and you know what that bar looks like.
