We’ve recently increased our therapist pay rates — because we believe in valuing the people who bring care, creativity, and skill to every treatment.
Overview
Are you an intuitive therapist who blends skill with soul? Do you love bringing joy and ease to others through the power of touch? Are you ready to work somewhere that lets your creativity shine? At RED Hotels, we do things differently. Our award-winning spas at The Scarlet and Bedruthan are sanctuaries for both guests and therapists — where individuality is valued, and practitioners are empowered to shape meaningful, personalised treatments using a wide range of tools and techniques. The role is based across both spas, which are a short walk from each other along the stunning Cornish coastline. Each has its own rhythm and atmosphere, giving you variety, inspiration, and the chance to work in two truly unique wellness environments.
Whether you work with oil, stillness, pressure, or flow — if your treatments come from the heart and you’re happiest when helping others feel good, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need a long list of modalities. If you’re a skilled, nurturing massage therapist who creates genuinely supportive experiences, you already belong here.
What Makes a RED Spa Practitioner?
- You value connection, presence, and intuition above scripted routines
- You’re genuinely interested in your guest’s wellbeing journey
- You thrive when given the creative freedom to tailor every session
- You care for your own wellbeing and want to be part of a kind, connected team
We believe in prescriptive treatments, not protocols. Your knowledge, experience, and creativity matter here. We also believe in helping you grow. Every month, you’ll take part in Toolbox Training— a space to explore new techniques, refresh old ones, and keep your treatments alive. Our approach is deeply therapeutic, and we support our team to deliver work that stays fresh, embodied, and real. We also believe it’s essential that you receive what you give — which is why we provide regular team treatments. Experiencing our therapies first-hand helps you stay connected, inspired, and well. We use Ayurveda as a lens to understand our guests and guide our work. If you’re new to it, don’t worry — we’ll teach you. And if you already love Ayurveda, you’ll feel right at home. It’s how we understand people, energy, and the world around us.
