We\’re looking for a confident, compassionate, and hands-on Spa Manager to join us as maternity cover, supporting two of Cornwall\’s most distinctive wellness destinations, Scarlet and Bedruthan. Our spas are not ordinary; rooted in nature and inspired by seasonal rhythms, they are places of care and creativity for our guests and our team.
As Spa Manager, you\’ll guide two dedicated therapy teams, ensuring operational excellence while nurturing a calm, empowering environment where wellbeing can truly thrive. You\’ll be based across both sites, a short walk from each other on the stunning Cornish coastline, and supported by an experienced leadership team.

- Have strong operational and commercial spa management experience
- Are highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Love working in beautiful spaces and supporting others to flourish within them
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of both spas
- Leading and developing a team of therapists, hosts, and team leaders
- Managing the rota, delivering training, stock control, and monitoring guest feedback
- Supporting and delivering commercial and guest satisfaction targets
- Collaborating with our Head of Wellness to develop our spa offering
