Our Sommeliers are warm, friendly, and caring in nature. They are an integral part of the memorable experience guests receive here at the Bedruthan and Scarlet hotel by speaking and interacting with guests throughout their stay from their first drink on arrival, advising on wine pairings with dinner to bidding them a fond farewell when they depart.
No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however each day you can expect to:
- Offer food and drink service throughout the day within the hotel
- Maintain stock levels within your allocated sections and keep these areas clean and tidy
- Offer your excellent product knowledge to guests and encourage upselling
- Deliver room service
- Provide a relaxing and enjoyable wine tasting experience with a tasting menu or as an individual experience
- Develop your learning and understanding of the daily food and drink menus
