Our spas at Scarlet and Bedruthan are both Ayurvedic-inspired, drawing on the wisdom passed down over thousands of years with the addition of their own Cornish twist. From the first enquiry to closing the sale, our Spa Sales Specialists bring our spas to life; they build relationships with guests and entice them into our unique Ayurvedic spas.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Confidently speaking to customers about the spa journey and selling spa therapies and experiences for both hotels.
- Processing online bookings and handling enquiries and bookings over the phone.
- Managing the diary to maximise bookings and creating reports on those we have received.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service at all times.
Key Skills:
- Similar experience with customer service, client bookings and diary management.
- A positive, warm, friendly attitude with the ability to build genuine relationships.
- Comfortable working with technology – full training on booking systems will be provided.
- Motivated to succeed, hit targets whilst encouraging and celebrating the whole team's success.
- Demonstrates good organisational skills.
- Has excellent spoken and written English skills.
- An awareness of or interest in holistic therapies is desirable, but you will be educated on the exciting world of Ayurveda.
