Our Food and Beverage team sit at the heart of the guest experience, bringing our restaurant and bar spaces to life with warmth, elegance and impeccable attention to detail. With an instinct for exceptional hospitality, they create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, cared for and inspired. Guided by a commitment to excellence, our team ensures that each moment of a guest’s stay, from their first arrival to their final farewell is thoughtful, seamless and memorable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing outstanding hospitality and delivering exceptional product knowledge and service standards training to our Restaurant and Bar hosts
- Supporting the continued success and financial performance of the Food and Beverage operation
- Coaching, mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve consistently exceptional standards of service
- Maintaining the highest levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety, and cellar management
- Ensuring the smooth and graceful flow of service through strong collaboration with the Kitchen, Restaurant & Bar teams, and the Meetings & Events team
- Creating a positive, motivating team culture where people feel supported, valued and proud of what they do
- Demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality, crafting memorable moments for guests and meaningful experiences for colleagues
