We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our kitchen team for the 2026 season. You will be a key part of our kitchen brigade, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food across our two restaurants and bakery. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a chef who takes pride in consistency, creativity, and teamwork, and who is excited to contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience. This is a seasonal role from 31/03/2026 to 31/10/2026, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Produce high-quality dishes to a consistent and high standard
- Work across different sections of the kitchen as needed - from Sauce, Ogo (adult only dining), Plant Fish and Grill (fast paced family dining), Breakfast and Pastry
- Support the development and testing of new recipes and seasonal menu items
- Ensure daily mise en place is completed efficiently and to the required standard
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene compliance
- Train and support Commis Chefs and apprentices in the Pastry section
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Support wider kitchen service and other sections when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or Pastry role
- Relevant culinary or pastry qualifications preferred
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen environment desirable
- Strong understanding of classic pastry and dessert techniques
