Our Food & Beverage Hostsarethe face of our restaurants,café,and bars. Ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from sunrise to sunset, this varied role hosts a range of dining experiences – from breakfast to seven-course tasting menus. Who do we want?
This is a guest-facing role, focused on delivering seamless dining experiences with professionalism and warmth. You will work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure service excellence, all while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, catering to guests’ dietary needs and preferences
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
- Assist with dining setup and service for events and private functions
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar and wine teams to ensure smooth service
Skills & Experience:
