Our Property Team provide planned and re-active maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff across both hotels.
We need an experienced Deputy Property and Maintenance Manager who will be responsible in assisting our Property Manager to oversee maintenance works across both sites, ensuring the upkeep of all rooms, public spaces, swimming pools, spas and back of house areas, maintaining these to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
To support the Property Manager in overseeing the hotels’ property and facilities in a pro-active manner, identifying a clear preventative maintenance program to keep exterior, interiors and products to an excellent standard.
Approach every day with a high level of attention to detail, proactively seeking feedback from our teams and coaching your own team to achieve the overall goal.
Understand and embrace sustainable ways of working, acting as a green champion for the business.
Understanding the Property Teams obligations regarding risk, compliance, health & safety. To support in maintaining up-to-date files, licenses and correspondence with contractors and relevant bodies.
To support in creating and executing clear, consistent and adaptable plans and schedules that consider each area of the business.
The role requires you to interact with our guests and staff.
Having a trade qualification or being an experienced maintenance operative at a senior level will be a requirement. We are looking for individuals that could carry a range of skills and experience that could include – electrical, carpentry and plumbing .
We are open to hearing from individuals that may be looking for a part time role, but the position will require weekend work and occasional evening cover.
