No two days are the same and responsibilities will vary daily, however each day you can expect to:
- Engage with our guests to ensure they get the most out of their stay
- Deliver a warm welcome to arrivals and wish departures a fond farewell
- Serve drinks
- Assist with deliveries
- Keep areas in and around the hotel clean and presentable
- Assist with turndown service
- Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer calls and take messages
- Embrace a one team culture where 'No job is not my job'
- Confidently set up a table for and deliver room service
