What will you be doing?
- Welcoming and seating guests with genuine warmth
- Preparing and serving coffee, food, and drinks with consistency and care
- Taking accurate orders, including dietary preferences and special requests
- Keeping bakery and dining areas clean, tidy, and inviting
- Supporting events and private functions with setup and service
- Handling guest queries and feedback with positivity and professionalism
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be:
- Experienced in hospitality, barista work, or a similar role (preferred)
- A natural communicator with excellent people skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering consistent, genuine service
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
