The role
As Content and Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness for a scaling business.
Collaborating with the Founder and Head of Growth, you’ll own the marketing strategy, focusing on innovative storytelling, strategic partnerships, and impactful content to connect with target audiences.
This hands-on role involves building a cohesive brand narrative, expanding social media presence, and developing campaigns to acquire and engage customers.

- Proven expertise in startup marketing: experience in early-stage environments, particularly in B2B/B2C tech or creative industries, with a strong understanding of growth from pre-product-market fit (PMF) to scaling.
- Content strategy and creation: skilled in crafting and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, including visual and video-focused channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Customer and ICP focus:a deep understanding of customer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), with experience refining target audiences to prioritise verticals and drive growth.
- Partnership and community development: proven track record in building strategic partnerships, fostering collaborations, and activating user-generated content (UGC) to grow communities and drive engagement.
- Data-driven approach: analytical mindset with expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and maximise ROI.
