About Scale Factory
We are an AI enablement consultancy. Delivering quality-led AI-first foundations, embedding capability and excellence into the foundational fabric of the companies we work with. We give leaders the confidence to move faster, take smarter risks and pursue transformation.
As we embark on an ambitious Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation plan, we are looking for a rare breed of professional: someone who possesses deep technical curiosity, sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to turn complex engineering capabilities into high-converting, outcome-based value propositions. If you are a builder, a strategist, and a world-class storyteller who thrives at the intersection of technical delivery and enterprise sales, we want you on our team.
The Role:
This is a highly influential, hands-on individual contributor role. You will take full ownership of our services productisation initiative. You won’t just be managing agencies or reviewing strategy decks—you will unlock the potential of our service catalogue, translating practitioner-level technical capabilities into outcome-focused enablement, anchored in the "Jobs to be Done" of enterprise buyers. You will act as the crucial bridge between our Consulting Delivery leadership, Sales team, and Marketing team, ensuring Scale Factory goes to market with authority, clarity, and undeniable value.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Service Catalogue Productisation & Outcome Scoping
- Apply and improve our productisation templates to take high-priority practices (Cloud, Data, Quality, AI, Agentic Automation) and make scalable offers.
- Collaborate with Delivery leadership to design blueprints for service catalogue items, defining tangible end-states, key value milestones, and performance guarantees.
- Protect margins and win rates by defining clear operational boundaries, exclusions, and disqualification guidelines for each service.
- MEDDPICC-Aligned Sales Enablement
- Equip our sales team with practical collateral designed specifically to accelerate deals through active MEDDPICC qualification cycles.
- Write and design high-impact Sales Pitch Decks that lead with customer pain, economic metrics, and quantifiable ROI rather than just technical features.
- Build sales toolkits: Objection Handling & Fact Guides (addressing risk, compliance, and budget in regulated environments), structured Qualification Checklists, Discovery Guides, and multi-channel Conversation Starters.
- Leverage our tools like Gemini or Jasper AI to create repeatable, scalable AI-enablement assets.
- Strategic GTM, Landing Page, and Campaign Design
- Design and write messaging frameworks for new, persona-specific landing pages on scalefactory.com.
- Initiate GTM campaigns by defining distinct marketing angles, pain hypotheses, and target markets for the demand-generation and content teams.
- Formulate Creative Briefs to equip teams with the context needed to develop successful inbound programmes.
- Produce high-converting external assets, such as Offer One-Pagers, to supercharge cold outreach, sales follow-ups, and partner co-marketing.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback Loop
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analyses, and review market research to map evolving technical challenges back into service development.
- Build competitive analysis frameworks and sales battlecards.
- Convene internal feedback loops with AWS partner managers, Delivery Managers, and practice leaders to capture real-world use cases and reference stories.
Candidate Profile: Who You Are
You can comfortably hold your own in a strategic conversation with the leadership team, and then pivot to executing hands-on crafting and asset creation. You are obsessed with the prospect journey and prioritise solving for repeatability rather than edge cases.
Requirements & Experience:
- The B2B Tech Foundation: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Services/Solution Marketing, GTM Strategy, or a closely related role within B2B Technology, Cloud Consulting, or Professional Services.
- Technical Fluency: Demonstrable experience working within complex technical domains. You should be highly familiar with cloud ecosystems (AWS or Microsoft), modern Quality Engineering practices, or end-user AI/Agentic automation.
- Enterprise Sales Fluency: Prior experience supporting enterprise sales organisations utilising frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- An Outcomes-Based Portfolio: You can show us a proven portfolio of work where you successfully translated complex engineering capabilities into high-converting, outcome-based value propositions and sales collateral.
Why Scale Factory?
- High Impact: You will have direct visibility and influence over our GTM transformation strategy.
- Modern Stack: We encourage the smart use of AI enablement (Gemini, Jasper, TLDV, etc.) to keep your workflow fast and efficient.
- Collaborative Culture: Work alongside elite delivery consultants and a sharp sales team who want your help to win deals.
