Job Title: Florist Department: Savoy Flowers Inspired and Supported by: Creative Floral Design Manager Salary: £12.86 per hour including service charge Your purpose will be: To be responsible for exceeding our guest expectations on a day-to-day basis within our Flower Shop, whilst ensuring the flowers and display are to the agreed standard. You will be accountable for: To ensure the flower shop meets the hotel brand & 5-star luxury standards To ensure all guest flower requests are met with professional service To take ownership of any guest request encountered to completion To condition and prepare flowers every morning to be used for the flower shop To prepare all guest order requests as a priority and deliver to guest rooms To prepare flower bouquets and to ensure display stands are up to standard daily including pricing To assist with our guest orders as direct contact in a polite and helpful manner with genuine interest
