We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Paid Media Executive to join our in-house team and help drive performance and growth across search, social, shopping, and display channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, testing new ideas, and learning quickly. You’ll play a key role in supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth, while developing your skills across a broad range of paid media channels.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and e-commerce teams, contributing ideas, optimising campaigns, and helping turn data into actionable insight. You’ll have the autonomy to run campaigns end-to-end, with the support of a collaborative team to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Display
  • Monitor performance and make regular optimisations to improve efficiency and results
  • End-to-end implementation: campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, reporting, and insight
  • Continuously test and evolve tactics across platforms, audiences, creatives, and formats
  • Support budget pacing and performance forecasting
  • Ensure paid media activity aligns with wider brand, trading, and promotional objectives
Platforms & Channels
  • Manage all paid activity across platforms including Google (Search, Shopping & Performance Max), YouTube, Microsoft (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Criteo, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and optimise product feeds and shopping strategies in collaboration with merchandising and e-commerce teams
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of platform automation, bidding strategies, and industry best practice
  • Use 3rd-party tools and technology to drive efficiency and insight
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work with stakeholders across the wider team
  • Translate performance data into clear, commercial insights for non-specialist audiences
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers
Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong practical expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social platforms
  • Commercially driven with a clear understanding of performance metrics and margin
  • Comfortable managing budgets and optimising for performance
  • Analytical, with strong numerical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Experience & KnowledgeEssential
  • Proven experience (3 years +) managing Paid Search & Shopping and Paid Social campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of paid media implementation and optimisation
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Feed management and shopping experience
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Desirable
  • Experience in fashion, menswear, or e-commerce
  • Experience working with creative teams on ad assets
  • Experience working closely with CRO and Analytics teams
  • Excel / reporting skills (Looker Studio a plus)
