We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Operations Executive to manage our fleet of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Compile all bookings and place on the booking system.
- Schedule assignments for drivers.
- Follow up with drivers on all assignments and ensure all services are delivered punctually.
- Plan and maintain all vehicle inspections, road tax/insurance renewals.
- Conduct checks on vehicles for safety and ensure vehicles are up to standards. Report to office on defects.
- Ensure daily movements are updated and sent to accounts department.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have decent knowledge of Windows and Excel. Good in English.
