Duties
- Support the organisation's health and safety systems, records, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
- Carry out regular site visits across Greater Manchester and North Wales to ensure projects are operating in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and key documentation.
- Manage compliance calendars, training records, certifications, and audit schedules.
- Oversee the eLearning system and monitor staff compliance training.
- Support risk assessment processes and maintain the organisational risk register.
- Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and monitoring visits.
- Coordinate contractor compliance and waste management requirements.
- Support the management of organisational assets, repairs records, and compliance systems.
- Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
