Senior Pensions Operations role for a well-regarded Investment platform, shape and deliver exceptional services.
About the role
- Drive operational excellence across the Pensions operations function
- Build and lead a management team and culture that enables continuous service improvement.
- Oversee leadership, strategic direction and operating results
- Oversee staffing resources, workflow and operating budgets
- Lead on process improvements and operating efficiencies
- Work with external third parties including TPR and FCA
- Identifying, mitigating and managing operational risks in line with the policies
About you
- Background in Operational role at Senior level through Pensions areas
- Strong people management/leadership skills
- Experience in providing strategic, and operational leadership of key business function
- Prior knowledge of LTA, Crystallisation Events, scheme sanction charges and Contribution process would be desirable.
