Niche role for a large pension fund to manage a team and provide a high-quality service to members, develop the service and ensure excellent delivery.

About the role

  • Full management of team workflow management, ensuring service delivery target are met
  • Staff appraisals, training and development, technical guidance
  • Act as the escalation point for complex benefits and resolve them
  • Provide one-to-one assistance to individual scheme members
  • Identify service improvements and implement changes
  • Assist in the preparation of the pension team business plan
  • Manage the quality of the work being produced by the Member Services team

About you

  • Background in Pensions Admin, either LGPS or DB
  • Experience of workflow management, managing a team.
  • Experience on reviewing and implementing changes to systems
