We are currently looking for Receptionist/Reservationist to work within our Reception Team at The Samling Hotel

Responsibilities will be to check guests in and out of the hotel, answering telephone calls, taking reservations, and general reception and reservations duties. Valet Parking at times so we do require a clean driving license.

Good communication skills are vital, as is a professional and welcoming manner. Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

A background of working in hotels would certainly be beneficial for this role; however this is not essential as full training will be given to help the right candidate excel in their new role.

This is a full time role, working 5 out of 7 days a week; working hours include 7am-3.00pm and 2.30pm-10.30pm, including bank holidays and weekends.

Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year.
