The Salvation Army is seeking an Outreach Worker to extend its mission by engaging youth and students through leadership, discipleship and mission initiatives in Essex. You will develop new outreach programmes, mentor local leaders and coordinate activities to broaden participation.
Applicants should have a recognised youth work qualification (or working towards it), relevant youth ministry experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
