This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, retail, administration or a contact centre environment who enjoys helping people and providing a positive experience.

If you’re passionate about helping people and delivering great service, you’ll fit right in with our Supporter Services team! We are The Salvation Army’s Supporter Services team, part of a high performing Fundraising Department. We’re the first people supporters reach when they get in touch, and we take pride in offering a service that feels warm, personal and genuinely caring.

We are looking for someone who listens well, communicates with warmth, and enjoys helping others. You’ll also be flexible, positive and keen to learn. Responsibilities include:

  • Recording supporter details accurately to help keep their journey smooth.
  • Supporting appeals and campaigns where every interaction truly makes a difference.
