Swan Lodge is a residential Life house housing 65 clients of differing needs in en-suite rooms and half board accommodation. The role of Relief Night Concierge is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing front of house support assistance and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.
- Handling of cash and record keeping is also a large part of the position's requirements.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
- A strong proven record of possessing both organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload and operate Microsoft office utilities with efficiency.
- GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
