The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Working hours: Relief role - As and when required. Shifts are 12 hours to cover nights whilst nap pads are operational.

Additional Salary information: 10% night works allowance.

Swan Lodge is a residential Life house housing 65 clients of differing needs in en-suite rooms and half board accommodation. The role of Relief Night Concierge is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing front of house support assistance and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.
  • Handling of cash and record keeping is also a large part of the position's requirements.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong proven record of possessing both organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload and operate Microsoft office utilities with efficiency.
  • GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety.
