We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the team. Our client is an international movement, part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible, motivated by the love of God, with a mission to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs in his name without discrimination.
Position: VAC0150 Senior Management Accountant
Location: London
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £62,512.07 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3900 pa
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of IHQ, contributing to the broader mission of the organisation. The role will lead the provision of monthly management reports to all stakeholders within IHQ, driving budget planning as well as financial analysis and reporting. This role will provide a robust and proactive ‘customer focussed’ approach with all key stakeholders, which will require a balance of technical expertise and strategic insight. Candidates should note an expectation of in‑person attendance for this role for the first month in post, with the possibility to work from home one day per week after this.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Evidence of professional accounting skills (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with relevant experience to match this role.
- Strong management reporting, financial reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in finance business partnering with key stakeholders of various departments.
- Experience in process improvement, year-end and audit management.
