We provide an accommodation and support hub in central Reading for people experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Support Worker to help deliver a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice, independence and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be working as part of a team and report directly to your line Manager.
- You will assist in delivering a range of in-house support provisions, designed to achieve positive outcomes for residents, enabling them to make meaningful life changes and move towards independence.
