Peripatetic - North of England, United Kingdom. Please note in regards to location this role can be based anywhere and travel will be required across the North of England.

We are looking for two collaborative and purpose-driven Project and Relationship Managers to join The Salvation Army's Research and Development team helping shape projects that strengthen mission, support communities and make the very best use of resources. This is a unique opportunity to work within a role that involves managing a varied portfolio of projects, facilitating collaboration, developing proposals and reports, and working with stakeholders across the organisation to shape effective and sustainable mission-focused solutions.

As a Project and Relationship Manager, you will have strong project management experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while producing high-quality written work. You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders and influencing through collaboration. You’ll bring people together, facilitate thoughtful conversations, build trusted relationships and guide projects from early ideas through to high-quality proposals ready for delivery.
