The IT department are seeking a talented Senior IT Operations Analyst who enjoys working with a highly motivated and proactive team. The department supports users across locations, comprising of a comprehensive IT infrastructure delivering several line-of-business systems which reach out to all staff and officers.
As Senior IT Operations Analyst you will report directly to the IT Operations Manager, supporting the IT operations (which includes Windows Server, VMWare, backup and DR, monitoring and following standard ITIL processes). The environment is hybrid with a co-located data centre and cloud services, along with developing solutions and long-term strategies.
The Salvation Army is both a Church and a Charity, putting our faith into action by offering practical help for people without discrimination, standing up for those who are vulnerable and fighting against injustice.
