We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Mildmay House. This key post contributes to the delivery of Salvation Army Homes services to its residents. You will deliver a resident‑focused service, co‑ordinate tenancy management and rent collection, ensure fair access, process applications, relevant background checks and allocation of vacant properties. You will also ensure supported move‑on accommodation is available, keep vacant properties to a minimum and minimise void turnaround time. You will maintain H&S and property standards and work effectively as a team member delivering excellent services to Salvation Army Homes' residents.
Mildmay House is a 47‑bed supported accommodation service for single homeless males and females aged 16 upwards. Clients come from a variety of backgrounds—relationship breakdowns, rough sleeping, mental health, drugs & alcohol use. We provide a warm, respectful and supportive environment, encouraging clients toward independent living.
