Nikki Thompson - Assistant Director says: âI started my career with The Salvation Army in August as a Care Assistant. Over my 20 years in Older Peoples Services, I have been supported to progress from Care Assistant, through other roles to now be Assistant Director with line management responsibility for a number of homes.
