Salvation Army Homes in England seeks a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help shape the service to deliver positive, people-focused support within a team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
You will line-manage support workers, drive service development, ensure compliance, and collaborate with partners. Occasional evenings and weekends, travel to training, and on-call duties are required.
