Salvation Army Homes in London and the South East seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Maintenance Surveyor to join our Asset Management team.
This hands-on role supports our asset strategy across regional sites and delivers Safe Homes.
You’ll carry out inspections, support planned maintenance and capital projects, ensure building safety, and work with contractors on-site.
A Building Surveying qualification and experience in asset data collection are required.
