The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 Β£ per year.

Please note this is a fixed term position for 12 months (Maternity Cover). Working hours: 17.5 hours per week. Interview Date: To be confirmed.

Since 2011, The Salvation Army has managed the delivery of specialist support to more than 24,000 adult victims of human trafficking and modern slavery across England and Wales.

Together with our supply chain partners, we focus on achieving the best outcomes for survivors of these abhorrent crimes.

As Contracts Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and governance support to the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract Management Team, helping to maintain accurate records, compliance information and controlled documents.

Working with managers, subcontractors, and colleagues across the wider team, you will maintain key registers, support administration, manage document control processes and provide business support across a range of workstreams.

You will also support reporting, audit and assurance activity while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

This role is ideally suited to an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Experience working in an administrative, business support or contract support role within a busy professional environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage competing priorities and work accurately with data and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and apply sound judgement while operating within established procedures and governance requirements.

You may also have

  • Experience working within the charity, voluntary or community sector.
  • Experience producing reports, analysing data or using Excel features such as pivot tables and charts.

Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, and Basic DBS Disclosure check and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.
