We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Person to be a multi-skilled operative who will assist with the daily running of the home by becoming an effective and involved member of the team. This includes carrying out various odd jobs such as performing repairs, maintaining property and grounds, and performing renovations as and when needed.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of basic DIY works to facilitate the upkeep of the building.
- Good communication skills
- Awareness of Health and Safety Regulations
- Good organisational skills
- Recognised appropriate trade qualification e.g. plumber/electrician/painter/decorator.
Appointment subject to satisfactory references, proof of right to work in the UK, Health Assessment and Enhanced with barred list adult workforce DBS Check.
