The Salvation Army's Homelessness Services at Kings Ripton Court Lifehouse in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire is seeking a Programme Manager/Team Leader who can inspire, shape services, and champion individuals experiencing homelessness.
Your Opportunity to Lead Change:
We're looking for a Programme Manager/Team Leader who will play a key role in driving our transformative homelessness services. You'll lead and co‐ordinate high‐quality, client‐focused support that empowers people and creates meaningful, positive outcomes. Guided by our strategic vision, you'll champion choice, control, and genuine engagement at every stage of the support journey.
What you'll do:
- Lead the delivery of innovative, high‐quality support programmes that prioritise client choice and wellbeing.
- Manage and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
- Ensure effective case management, maintain accurate client records, and drive positive multi‐agency collaboration.
- Monitor service quality, meet contractual and organisational requirements, and support the Service Manager.
- Represent The Salvation Army at local events and establish strong networks with external and internal stakeholders.
- Promote and support the involvement of the Chaplain within programmes (where applicable).
- Oversee financial controls, income, and debt management within the service budget.
- Deputise for the Service Manager as needed.
