You will expertly advise and assist on areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and absence management - minimising risk, identifying problem areas, and recommending corrective action. /p p br /p p This role is peripatetic in nature with a requirement for regular travel to sites throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas, combined with home working.
