Job Description:
Reporting to Head of HRBPS, the Director, HRBP for BC Division provides end‑to‑end HR leadership for our large, complex BC region supporting approx. 2,700 employees. This role provides direct people leadership, with accountability for building, coaching, and developing a high‑performing HR Business Partner team. We are looking for a senior HR leader who thrives in a hands‑on, player‑coach role, someone equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves with their team and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR business partner and change agent to regional and divisional senior leaders
- Lead, coach, and develop HRBPs, ensuring strong execution while staying personally involved in critical work
- Implement and translate corporate HR strategy and policy at the regional/divisional level
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters using a structured, risk‑aware approach
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, culture, and change initiatives
- Play a key role in company‑wide programs including salary reviews, workforce planning, talent assessment, health & safety, training, and organisational development.
