We take pride in sourcing local ingredients and producing a menu of mouth‑watering dishes, cooking the freshest shellfish and meat over charcoal.
As a Demis Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh local ingredients, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team while developing your skills to prepare dishes to the highest standard.
