About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate, friendly, driven and hardworking to join our team. A can-do attitude and approachable manner is a must as well as a good sense of humour. As part of this role we would be looking for the following:
- A minimum of 3 years working experience
- Fully trained and competent in all aspects of Colouring and Cutting, Colour Correction and Balayage
- Able to manage a full column when joining
- A team player who can seamlessly slot into this busy salon
- Confident in answering phones
- Confident in booking & managing client bookings
- Able to manage their time effectively
- Proactive approach to daily salon tasks
- A positive, passionate individual who takes immense pride in their work
- A team player who is willing to pass on their expertise and knowledge to other staff
As part of the role we will provide the following:
- Ongoing training as required
- Competitive Rental Commission scheme
- Day Rates from £40
- Salon covers all stock
- Rental will cover booking system, gas, electric, chair rent, consumables, client refreshments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour
Benefits: Company pension, Flexitime
Experience: Hair styling: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)
