Professional Responsibilities
To act as an Associate Assistant Headteacher - Mathematics Specialist, supporting and collaborating with the head of mathematics to drive the continued development of high-quality curriculum delivery within the mathematics department and across the wider school through coaching, collaboration and sharing of best practice. To lead the development of foundational numeracy across the school, ensuring numeracy is effectively embedded across the curriculum. Under the reasonable direction of the Headteacher, carry out the professional duties of an academy teacher as set out in the current academy Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD).
