Senior Customer service executive/scheduler

One of our clients in Milton Keynes is looking for a senior professional, this could be extended or become perm. Lovely company to work for, 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. * Call management. * Scheduling engineers. * Liaising with third parties. * Managing escalations * Managing queries and complaints. * Processing orders. * Liaising with clients. * Offering basic technical advice to resolve issues.
