One of our dynamic expanding clients are recruiting for a part time bookkeeper, to work in Northampton office. This role is 19 hours per week, working over four days.

Some duties as follows:

  • Processing payments, invoices, income receipts.
  • Entering data into Sage.
  • Filing hard copies.
  • Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
  • Paying invoices.
  • Tracking bank balances.
  • Completing VAT returns.
  • Verifying the accuracy of business accounts.
  • Alerting the accountant of errors.
  • Recording any inconsistencies to help reconcile inaccuracies.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
