Package: £K Negotiable Base Salary. Benefits. Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30.
My Client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of edible icings, fillings and toppings; they specialise in innovative solutions for the bakery industry.
We are looking for a customer support and distribution co-ordinator to join our sales team and help us achieve our business goals. They will be coordinating all customer orders with our production team and arranging distribution with our warehouse team while troubleshooting any issues to their manager and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a strong understanding of customer service best practices. They should also have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team. Ultimately, they should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders via email or phone
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with logistic companies to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records using a Sales Order Report
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally to manager
- Arrange sending out of samples to customers and track internally via Teams
- Updating customer information on ERP system
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as organising and filing
