The Sales Recruitment Network are recruiting for a well established lovely small company who invest in their staff. The role can lead to progression and pay increases. This is an office based role in Cranfield, working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

  • Listening to pre recorded interviews content on audio files.
  • Confirm the interview is accurately documented.
  • Assess and record the interview and provide honest feedback.
  • Manage projects.
  • Writing reports.
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets.
  • Log data onto database.
  • Assist with training.
  • Coordinate activities to the team in the field.
  • Undertake admin for client accounts.
  • Phone calls and Microsoft Teams chat with clients and other members.
  • Ensure projects within the company's timeline.
  • Business conversations with high end clients.
  • Provide support for internal staff.

The ideal hire will need to have the following:

  • Fantastic analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • GCSE English and Maths C or above or equivalent.
  • Able to pass on honest feedback to others.
  • Strong admin and customer service experience.
