One of our clients is looking for an on-site Project Coordinator. Involvement from project inception working alongside management and sales. Work with the team to produce schedules, resource recruitment, training documentation, and RAMS to meet all customer requirements. Determine and outline the potential challenges that can increase costs or cause delays. Assist with producing tracking documentation/asset tracking and use appropriate resources and systems to improve internal efficiencies within systems and teams. Ensure all logistics meet project requirements and engineer material resource requests. Act as an intermediary between upper management, the Customer Project Management Team, and the internal project team. Produce MI data for internal/external stakeholders.

  • Maintain and support project schedule and spreadsheets.
  • Asset tracking, site and engineer communications.
  • Vehicle hire and engineer sign-off paperwork.
  • Ensure project documentation and customer requirements are met against agreed SLA/set project dates.
  • Update the system when master data requirements change.
  • Support order management functions as and when required (job creations, closure, creation of inspection templates, set up storage locations).
  • Run management information reports from our Protean service management systems.
  • Creation of MI reports for projects including stock usage and engineer utilisation.
