Located a few miles outside of Lichfield City Centre, this role offers plenty of onsite parking. You will need to drive and have your own transport for this location.
Salary: £28k - £30k, basic of £28k dependent on experience + bonus (10%), so OTE of circa £30k.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 3pm.
Start Date: Immediate or to suit your availability.
This is ideally a full-time permanent role of 38 hours per week, however there is some flexibility for working between 30-38 hours for the right candidate, with a pro rata salary.

Job Description: We are looking for driven and conscientious sales professionals, eager to learn and grow within our business. You will work autonomously across a variety of clients, providing high touch sales support and an excellent level of service. Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation - researching companies that would be a good fit for our customers using Google, LinkedIn and Companies House.
- LinkedIn Prospecting - sending Connection Requests and Messages directly to Decision Makers on behalf of our customers.
- Telephone and Email Activity - calling records in the CRM system to introduce our customers and establish if there is a requirement for their products/services.
- Securing Appointments or Quotation opportunities with the Prospect.
- Follow-Up progression to Decision Phase - regularly communicating with the Prospect to gain feedback on the Appointment/Quotation.
Progression Opportunities: The company has a structured career progression plan. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into a Senior Indoor Sales Executive/Business Development Manager role and Team Leader role, with corresponding increases in salary, commission and rewards.
Person Specification: Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with good attention to detail. Good rapport building skills. Highly motivated self-starter. Positive, professional attitude. Strong organisational skills. Ability to multi-task.
Experience: B2B Sales: this could be Telesales or Face to face. Experience using Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
