Are you highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? We’re looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to join our Office and play a key role in driving the success of our Sales team.

In this fast-paced, multi-skilled role, you’ll support Senior Sales Support and Sales Managers to enhance sales performance, streamline processes, and ensure every client receives a first-class experience during the acquisition journey. You’ll be central to maintaining accurate systems, coordinating client communications, and ensuring opportunities are captured and progressed efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Logging new applications and creating jobs across internal systems
  • Ensuring quotations are accurate, correctly formatted, and delivered promptly to clients
  • Updating SAP and CRM records to maintain data accuracy
  • Acting as a key point of contact for inbound sales calls
  • Supporting Sales Managers as a secondary client contact during acquisition
  • Re-engaging dormant accounts and following up expired quotations
  • Coordinating meetings for Sales Managers based on inbound enquiries
  • Collaborating closely with the Quotations team to ensure timely proposal delivery
  • Providing general support to Senior Sales Support and wider Sales operations
