One of our clients is looking for a senior Property Manager to lead a small team. The ideal candidate will have commercial property experience, managed a team, as well as have a background in managing the financial accounts. The ideal hire will be open to change, motivated and able to motivate others, be detail orientated, have vision, drive and have the ability to think outside the box.
Some duties:
- Manage portfolio of commercial clients.
- Dealing with insurance renewals and compliance.
- Facility management.
- Sale invoices.
- Produce tenant arrear reports.
- Processing information on re-lease.
- Managing all client admin.
- Ensuring staff are performing well.
- Staff training, interviewing etc.
- Inspections.
- Onboarding new properties.
- Onboarding new staff.
- Estate Management.
- Managed service charges.
- Reconciliations.
- Financial accounting.
