The Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded and highly organised Commercial Property Manager to join our client’s growing Property Management team. This is a full-time senior role focused on the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and estates, with particular emphasis on service charge budgeting, financial reporting, rent reconciliation, client accounting oversight, and asset performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with our Accounts Team on all financial aspects of portfolio management, including service charge budgeting, year-end reconciliations, rent collection reporting, tenant ledger management, supplier invoicing, landlord reporting and client account compliance. This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent financial attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate reporting across multi-let commercial assets. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants and stakeholders, while maintaining compliance, protecting asset value and driving financial performance across the managed portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a varied commercial property portfolio including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets.
- Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring a high standard of professional service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and oversee vacant property management.
- Manage contractor relationships, maintenance works and property compliance requirements.
- Organise insurance renewals and prepare insurance schedules across the portfolio.
- Oversee onboarding of new managed properties and ensure full operational integration into management systems.
