One of our small clients in Bedford are looking for a Client research insight Manager to join their small team. The three priorities of this role are to:

  • Deliver first class research services and excellent customer service
  • Support revenue growth (Sales & Clients)
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to deliver client projects

Candidate Profile: Essential Skills and Experience

We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills and qualities:

  • Demonstrate the maturity and professional judgement to work effectively with the company’s management team and at client organisations.
  • Take accountability for decisions and outcomes, showing ownership and reliability in managing client feedback programmes.
  • Have previous experience in B2B market research or insight roles, with strong commercial understanding of how research drives client value.
  • Possess sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with 5+ years in a client-facing research or account-management position.
  • Are able to interpret and analyse research confidently, delivering clear, actionable, commercially-focused insight and recommendations.
  • Engage effectively with clients and prospective clients - building trust, advising them on best practice, and confidently communicating the value of our services.
  • Exhibit strong communication and listening skills, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with both clients and colleagues.
  • Display excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, strong numeracy and written English, producing consistently high-quality work.
  • Are capable of working independently, while also collaborating effectively within a management and project team environment.
  • Show adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on diverse assignments.
