My Client is an international provider of UPS systems and solutions; providing secure power and business continuity to customers worldwide. The Product Area Sales Manager is responsible to secure order intake individually and to co-ordinate sales/marketing support activity where appropriate from within the area sales team. His/her role is to grow and increase the Client share of key market sector business, to identify and develop opportunities to sell UPS products, and where possible promote complimentary products and services to the Industrial vertical sector Market too. The goal is to establish the Client as a supplier of choice in its key enterprise. Profile : - Education : HNC/ HND/BSc/ BEng in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree - Experiences : 3-5 years previous experience in the sale of AC Power and UPS solutions ; experience in B2B based technical product sales environment including design, project management and service solution competencies - Key competencies : provide customer service ( put customers first ), build and maintain relationships ( adeptly negotiations with individuals or groups, effective at managing conflict, with co-employees and external parties ), negotiation in work problems, capacity of listening and understanding, capacity to take risks and be innovating, entrepreneurial spirit, capacity to resolve problems, perseverance, capacity to propose amelioration and new tools, capacity to demonstrate ethics and integrity Candidate:
